- These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and KB4ICU (“Company“,”we“, “us“, or “our“), concerning your access to and use of the KB4ICU Flea Market as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “KB4ICU Flea Market”). You agree that by accessing the KB4ICU Flea Market, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE KB4ICU FLEA MARKET AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
- The KB4ICU Flea Market is open to Licensed Ham Radio Operators Only
- When completing your KB4ICU Flea Market “Item For Sale Form” Your User Name must be your FCC Licensed Callsign
- KB4ICU is currently listing Ham Radio Equipment valued over $50 for sale or donation.
- KB4ICU MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE BUYING, SELLING OR DONATING OF ANY ITEM ON THE KB4ICU FLEA MARKET AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY ITEM.
- ALL ITEMS BOUGHT, SOLD OR DONATED ARE AS IS AND BUYER BE WARE.
- KB4ICU WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE, LIBAL OR ACT AS A MEDIATOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ALL SALES, PRUCHASES AND DONATIONS ARE BETWEENT THE SELLER AND THE BUYER.
- The seller agrees to notify KB4ICU within 24 hours of any sold or donated listed item.
- Any Flea Market member who does not notify KB4ICU of a sold or donated item within 24 hours may be banned from the KB4ICU Flea Market for future use.
