Parrot ARC Store Terms and Conditions

Using the Parrot ARC Store and making purchases, users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Products sold in the Parrot ARC store are club-related items with our logos and marks representing our club.

Inventory of products:

Parrot ARC does not carry an inventory of products that we sell on our store page.  All items purchased are made to order.

Parrot ARC items for sale are through our online eCommerce store and payment is made through our secure Woocommerce Stripe payment processor at time of purchase.

Shipping:

Purchased items are “Pick Up” only. Purchased items are available for pick up at any of our Parrot ARC Social Dinners, events and exam sessions.

Returns:

Parrot ARC is not able to accept returns on any of its items for sale through our store. All sales are ordered as needed. If you callsign or name is incorrect on your purchased item we will be able to have the item re-made with the correction.

Refunds:

Parrot ARC does not offer refunds of any items purchased after 48 hours.  Once your purchased item has been sent to our printing company we will not be able to offer a refund. Refunds are only offered for items that are no longer available for sale.

Warrantee & Guarantee:

All Parrot ARC items for sale in our store are brand new and are sold as is with no warrantee or guarantee other than offered by the manufacturer.
